Instructions

  1. Melt the butter for the dough and let it cool down a little. Beat and separate the eggs.
  2. Mix the yolks with the milk in a large bowl. Chill the egg whites. Chop the raisins (this is important for children under 1 year old) and stir into the yolk-milk mixture. Peel and finely mash the banana or puree and add to the bowl. Stir the flour into the mixture and let everything rest for at least 30 minutes. This is important so that the raisins can transfer their sweetness to the dough.
  3. Beat the egg white until stiff and melt the rest of the butter in an ovenproof dish. Fold the egg white into the batter. Pour the batter into the center of the pan so that the butter is pressed to the edge. Make sure that the raisins are evenly distributed.
  4. Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake the pancakes at 160 ° C top-bottom heat for around 30 minutes. Test the cooking condition with a skewer. It`s baked when no dough sticks to the skewer. Now pluck the junk with two forks.
