Instructions

  1. Put the butter in a saucepan and let it get hot. Add the onions and fry until brown. If necessary, cut the kale into small pieces and add. Pour in a little water and cook for 15 minutes. As soon as the water has boiled off, deglaze with the beer. Add the oatmeal and bring to the boil. Add the cream and mustard. Season to taste with the spices and honey.
  2. This goes well with potato and vegetable hash browns or boiled potatoes.
