Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and blanch the kale for about 2 minutes. Then quench in ice water, dry and chop finely. Peel the carrot and grate finely. Add to taste. Half a carrot was enough for me.
  2. Make a marinade and add it to the kale with the dried berries. Fillet the smoked eel and serve with fresh bread.
  3. Tastes wonderfully fresh and is very healthy.
