  1. Wash the kale and remove the stalks. Finely chop the kale leaves.
  2. Squeeze the lemon. Put the lemon juice in a bowl along with the oil for the kale. Salt and pepper everything vigorously and add a little sugar. Now knead the kale vigorously with your hands so that it becomes a little softer (the leaves are pretty hard) and the ingredients mix well together.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Mash the garlic. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
  4. Add everything together with the parmesan to the kale and mix carefully. Let the salad soak through.
