Instructions

  1. First wash the kale leaves thoroughly, remove the stems and roughly chop the leaves. Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut the pulp into cubes.
  2. Put all ingredients together in a blender and mix into a creamy smoothie. The best way to make a smoothie is to cut the banana into slices as ripe as possible, put it next to each other in a bag and freeze it overnight!
