Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and drain the kale. Chop very finely. Dice the bacon, leave in the lard. Roughly dice the Kassler, add and fry. Mix in the kale. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Place the Bregenwurst on top. Cook in the oven at medium heat for another 30 minutes.
  2. Serve with potatoes.
