Prepare a shortcrust pastry with the ingredients from flour to lemon. Chill for 1 hour, roll out and place in a buttered springform pan (28 cm).
For the quark filling, drain the quark well and stir the remaining ingredients in the machine until smooth, finally adding the slightly cooled melted butter. Fill the curd mixture into the mold.
