Halve the pepper, clean, rinse and dice. Peel off the onions and the clove of garlic and dice both finely. Rinse the smoked pork, pat dry and also dice.
Heat a little olive oil in a large pan and steam the diced paprika along with the diced onion and garlic in it until the diced onion is translucent. Then add the smoked pork chops and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. After about 2 minutes, add the gnocchi and stir-fry. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock, stir in the cream cheese and simmer over a low heat for about 2 minutes.
Season the Kasseler gnocchi pan with a little salt and a few turns of colored pepper from the mill and serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
