Instructions

  1. Cut the piece of smoked pork into 4-6 slices.
  2. If you want, you can now pour the milk into a shallow bowl and place the Kassel slices in it for about 30 minutes so that they are not so salty.
  3. Now whisk the eggs. Remove the Kassler slices from the milk and pat dry - if necessary - and turn them one after the other in the egg and flour. Repeat this process again. Then fry them in hot oil on each side for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  4. We also have asparagus with hollandaise sauce and baked potatoes.
