Heat the margarine in a large saucepan and fry the diced vegetables in it for about 10 minutes. Pour 100 ml of water, season with salt and pepper. Cut the Kasseler into slices and place on top. Cover and cook on a low flame for 45 minutes.
Then take the smoked pork from the pot, season the vegetables again with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley.
Variation: If you like, you can replace the turnip with fresh garlic and the parsley with rosemary.
