Instructions
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Place a pineapple slice on each slice of Kassler. Place the slices upright, evenly spaced, in a small baking dish. Fill in the gaps with the sauerkraut. Pour the juice of the pineapple from the can over the slices of smoked ham.
Let cook for 40 minutes.
Mashed potatoes go best with it (I think).
