Slowly heat the butcher`s cabbage with the water and stock in a pot.
Fry the Kassel minute steaks briefly and add. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add. Squeeze the garlic clove and add. Let everything simmer for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add some mustard.
