First cut the figs into small pieces, pour hot water over them and let them steep a little. In the meantime, grate the apples with the coarse grater and pour lemon juice over them.
Now chop the figs completely with the hand blender and mix with the apples and the preserving sugar. Let the mixture soak for about 30 minutes and then cook according to the instructions on the preserving sugar pack and pour into previously boiled glasses.
