Instructions

  1. Remove the meat from the legs and cut into small pieces. Peel the eggs and cut them into small pieces. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings, using only the very light green of the green. Put everything together with the corn in a bowl and mix briefly. Now add the mayonnaise and yoghurt. Stir again and season with salt, pepper and spices. Cut the chives into fine rings and add them. Mix everything well and let it steep for a short time until you are ready to eat it. Then season again to taste, possibly seasoning again.
  2. Fresh bread rolls, wholemeal bread or baguette are best served with this.
