Instructions

  1. Fry the onions, garlic and mince in olive oil. Add the vegetables and fry them. Add the vegetable stock. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked the way you like them best. Season to taste with curry, salt, pepper and paprika powder. At the end stir in the sour cream and serve.
  2. Baguette bread tastes good with it.
