Mix the yogurt, liquid cream, juice of the two lemons, juice of the lime and the grated green peel of the lime.
Stir in 200 grams of powdered sugar and season to taste. If it is still too acidic, add sugar. It should be remembered that frozen ice cream always tastes less sweet than the unfrozen base.
Put it in the ice machine. Garnish with lemon balm, a dash of sparkling wine or whipped cream, if you like.
