- Cut the meat into pieces of about 30 g each.
- Peel the garlic and ginger and chop finely.
- Combine soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
- Stir the meat with the sauce, garlic and ginger. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
Skewer the meat.
- Preheat a frying pan.
- Fry the kebab in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side (only 12-16 minutes).
