You can use beef to prepare such a shish kebab. I took pork, neck chop. The meat in such a marinade turns out to be unusually tender and tasty. Marinates very quickly. Kiwi for this marinade is selected unripe, hard.
Wash the meat well and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into cubes about 2-3 centimetermetres each. Transfer the meat to a plastic bag. Cut the sweet onion into half rings.
Grate peeled kiwi on a fine grater, mix with onions. Add vegetable oil there and pour the seasoning.
Mix the seasonings and grind in a mortar. You can use ready-made for barbecue.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and stir in the onion and marinade. Add the marinade to the meat and mix well too.
Close the bag and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Fry anywhere: on the grill, in a pan. I fried in a pan. Maybe not so romantic, but very tasty.
