- Squeeze the lemon, put the juice in a mixing bowl or a large shaker, add the kefir, sugar, salt and pepper, mix everything well.
- Wash the dill, carefully beat out the remaining water, remove the fine dill from the coarse stalks and finely chop.
- Stir the dill into the dressing.
- Only pour the dressing over the lettuce shortly before consumption.
- Tip We usually have this dressing with lettuce and on very hot summer days this salad tastes very refreshing with the dressing.
