Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon, put the juice in a mixing bowl or a large shaker, add the kefir, sugar, salt and pepper, mix everything well.
  2. Wash the dill, carefully beat out the remaining water, remove the fine dill from the coarse stalks and finely chop.
  3. Stir the dill into the dressing.
  4. Only pour the dressing over the lettuce shortly before consumption.
  5. Tip We usually have this dressing with lettuce and on very hot summer days this salad tastes very refreshing with the dressing.
