• 500 ml tomatoes, happened

Instructions

1. Put the tomatoes with the mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small saucepan. Peel and squeeze the garlic clove. Chop off the heads of the cloves, grind them between your fingers and add them. Optionally add herbs from Provence. Mix and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
