• 1 ½ can tomato (s), peeled, approx. 800 g
• 80 g sauce (Chimichurri)
• 200 ml vinegar
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and let simmer for an hour. Puree finely with the hand blender and simmer for another 30 minutes. Fill into glasses while hot.
