Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk the evening before and place in the refrigerator. Stir again after about 30 minutes.
  2. The next day, mix all ingredients together in a bowl until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add the dough to the pan in portions as desired. Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  4. If you want, you can serve fresh fruit with the pancakes, e.g., peaches or blueberries as decoration. A peach has 10 g of carbohydrates per 100 g.
