Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes. Peel the onions, rinse the tomatoes. Cut everything into small cubes. Fry the meat and onions in hot oil. Add the tomato paste with paprika powder, crushed garlic, carrot, tomato and potato cubes and sauté briefly. Pour in the stock and cook covered for approx. 75 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
