First mix lime juice (and zest) and milkmaid in a bowl. Add the pudding powder while stirring and stir in. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Whip the cream firmly with the cream stiffener and fold into the lime mixture.
Finally, layer the biscuits in glasses, chill and enjoy.
You can decorate the dessert with an additional dollop of cream if you want.
