Instructions

  1. Grease the springform pan and preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
  2. Cut the butter into pieces and stir in the vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Stir in the eggs one by one, then mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the banana yoghurt. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork and mix them into the batter. Drain the cherries, saving the kirsch. Also stir the cherries into the batter with a dash of kirsch. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the fan for 75 minutes.
  3. Let the cake cool for about an hour and then remove it from the mold.
