Instructions

  1. For the compote, drain the cherries, collect the juice and make up to 350 ml with water. Mix the cornstarch with a little juice until smooth, then bring the remaining juice to the boil with the vanilla sugar, sugar and lemon zest in a saucepan. Stir in the mixed starch and bring to the boil, then fold in the cherries, allow to cool.
  2. For the quark, peel the bananas and puree them with lemon juice. Stir in the quark and yogurt, then stir in the sauce powder. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Layer the compote and quark alternately in glasses.
