Squeeze the orange and lemon. Peel and dice the banana and kiwi. Weigh out the ingredients and pour the desired amount of sparkling wine on top (I added 700 g). Weigh and mix the appropriate amount of preserving sugar (I used 1: 1 - but personally it`s a bit sweet for me). Bring to the boil according to the instructions on the package and briefly work with the hand blender.
Fill into prepared jars while still hot and close immediately.
The amount resulted in four medium and small twist-off glasses, respectively.
