Peel the onion. Cut into pieces with the salami and fry. Add the peeled tomatoes and season with the broth and the crushed garlic. Bring to the boil for about 2 minutes and mash the tomatoes a little with a fork. Then season with a pinch of sugar, pepper, paprika powder, basil and oregano. Drain the kidney beans and corn in a colander and stir in. Season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
We always eat baked ciabatta with it.
Tip: Also tastes good with a little gyros spice mixture.
