Instructions

  1. Separate the egg. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt to make a nice firm egg white. Beat the egg yolks and then stir with the quark until smooth.
  2. Add a dash of fresh lemon or orange juice and the zest for an intense taste. Mix everything together and finally fold in the egg whites. This results in a fluffy mass that is very saturated.
