Instructions

  1. Separate the egg, then beat the egg whites very stiff and set aside. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Now add the pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder or baking soda and sieve on the custard. Carefully stir in with the milk. At the end, stir the egg white into the dough so that the egg white is completely mixed with the egg and flour cream.
  3. Let it stand for about 10 minutes and then fry the pancakes in a heated pan (with just a little neutral oil). Serve hot with butter and pancake syrup.
