Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into very fine cubes and sauté in a pan with a little water until translucent.
  2. Peel and grate the carrot and place in a bowl. Add the oatmeal and mix. Add the mixture to the onions and add the vegetable stock. Heat until the oatmeal has absorbed the liquid. Season with paprika, oregano, tomato paste, pepper, garlic etc. Let cool in a bowl for about 1/2 hour.
  3. Shape meatballs. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan and fry the meatballs on both sides until crispy.
  4. Can be served as a burger, with rolls / toast, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sauce, cheese. Tastes cold as a snack.
  5. You can also fry the dough directly in the pan, e.g. as a substitute for minced meat in tomato sauce.
