Beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Add oil and eggnog. Quickly stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (hot air 160 degrees) for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled king cake with powdered sugar.
A little tip: Apple juice or something similar can also be used instead of eggnog.
