Instructions

  1. Cut the king oyster mushrooms lengthways into thin slices and fry them in butter or oil until golden brown on both sides. It`s very quick. Then season with salt and pepper and add the sliced clove of garlic if necessary.
  2. Arrange the mushrooms on the lamb`s lettuce. Refine to taste with balsamic vinegar or fresh herbs of your choice. I really like grated parmesan cheese on top.
