Thaw and drain the prawns. Remove the intestines on the back. Peel the garlic and onion, chop the onion Cut the garlic into fine slices. Skin, core and dice tomatoes. Wash the thyme and pluck the leaves.
Sauté the garlic and onion in a pan with hot olive oil until golden. Add the prawns and heat while stirring. Add tomatoes, pour in white wine and granulated broth. Season with a little salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. Let simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes.
