Mix the oat flakes, egg, baking powder, protein powder, almond milk and, if you like, raisins into a viscous dough. If the dough is too firm, add a little milk as needed.
Heat oil or fat in a pan and fry the dough in it. Turn the mixture as soon as the Kaiserschmarrn is golden brown at the bottom and bake the other side until golden brown.
Then tear or divide the Kaiserschmarrn into pieces and serve with applesauce, if you like.
