Instructions

  1. Mix the iceberg lettuce, clementines and kiwi fruit in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix the Roquefort with the cream, sour cream and lemon juice until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the center of the salad, serve sprinkled with hazelnut leaves and mix just before consumption.
