Instructions

  1. First, roast 2 tablespoons of the desiccated coconut in a non-fat frying pan until golden. Remove and set aside.
  2. For the production of the coconut milk:
  3. Put the rest of the desiccated coconut in a bowl, pour 200ml of warm water over it and let it soak for about 10 - 12 minutes.
  4. Then squeeze out the mixture in a clean kitchen towel and catch the dripping milk. That works quite well over a sieve.
  5. Squeeze the orange, stir together the coconut milk juice, concentrated apple juice and about 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder.
  6. Peel and dice the kiwi. Cut 1 kiwi only into thin slices.
  7. Rinse the raisins with hot water and drain.
  8. Now mix whole grain flakes with raisins and kiwi cubes and distribute in cereal bowls. Pour the prepared fruit coconut milk over it, decorate the kiwi slices and sprinkle with roasted coconut flakes.
