- Peel the kiwi, quarter it to cut out the hard stalk in the middle and then cut the kiwi into small pieces.
- Also cut the mango into small pieces.
- Take as many strawberries that you have a total of 1 kg of fruit (that`s about 600 g of strawberries). Wash, clean and chop the strawberries.
- Pour the preserving sugar over the fruit, stir and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Then bring to the boil in a saucepan and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Then pour directly into jam jars.
- Makes about 6 glasses (200 ml).
