- Fillet the oranges, also collecting the juice.
- Peel the kiwi fruit, remove the woody stem. Oranges and kiwis together should be 1500g (oranges approx. 300g).
- Chop the fruit well with the magic wand.
- Stir in the preserving sugar and add the pulp of 2 vanilla pods. Also add the scraped out pods.
- Bring everything together to the boil, stirring constantly, and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
- After the jelly test, remove the vanilla pods and pour the jam into the prepared jars. Close jars tightly immediately.
