Instructions

  1. Peel the fruit, cut into large cubes and place in a microwave-safe container. Put 1 kiwi and 1/2 pear aside, puree the rest of the fruit with a hand blender. Scrape out half the vanilla pod. Add the vanilla pulp, the scraped pod and the lemon juice to the fruit puree. Cut one kiwi and half a pear into small pieces and add to the puree. Now add the 1/2 package of Gelfix (1 package contains 25 g) and the sugar and stir. Then close the jar with a lid and put it in the microwave. Cook for about 8 1/2 minutes at 650 watts, stir once halfway through.
  2. As soon as the fruit spread is ready, first remove the vanilla pod and then pour it into prepared glasses. Close with lids and place the jars on the lid for about 5 minutes. Then turn it over again and let it cool down. Made very quickly and delicious.
  3. Tastes super fruity, as less sugar is used than in a jam.
