Instructions

  1. Pluck the leaves from the basil. Roughly chop the spring onions. Peel and dice the kiwis. Put in the blender and add olive oil, lemon juice, powdered sugar and almonds and mix to a thick mass. If necessary, add a little cold water.
  2. Let the pesto steep for about 30 minutes at room temperature and then serve.
  3. Goes well with lamb meatballs or skewers.
