Instructions

  1. Make a sponge cake from the first ingredients. Place a baking frame measuring 25 x 30 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, pour in the sponge cake, bake immediately at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes. After baking, let cool on a wire rack. Remove from the baking frame with a knife on the edge.
  2. Prepare both packets of vanilla pudding, cover directly with cling film or stir again and again until cool. If necessary, stir the cold pudding well with a hand mixer (whisk) and spread it on the sponge cake base. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut into thin slices and spread on the pudding in a wave-like shape. Prepare the icing with sugar, white wine and water and carefully distribute over the fruit. Let the pouring solidify and chill. Remove the baking frame.
