In a deep pan, bring 500 ml of water to the boil with the vegetable stock and add the pasta. Boil the noodles without the lid until they are cooked and have soaked up almost all of the water (add water if necessary).
In the meantime, dice the onions. Since you don`t drain the pasta, the residual liquid seems a bit greasy due to the starch, but that doesn`t matter. Put some oil in the pan and mix the onions into the pasta. Now fry the noodles and onions on the highest heat, turning constantly, until they are lightly brown. The vegetable broth and onions do not need to be seasoned, but you can also add spices to your own taste.
A quick recipe that only takes one pan. Hence a dish in the small kitchen that is also suitable for small kitchens.
