Instructions

  1. Take the baguettes out of the pack and spread them out on a baking sheet like flat cakes (do not roll up to make baguettes!).
  2. Mix the ham, spring onions, sour cream and spices, if necessary add some milk if the sour cream is too thick (but must not become runny!). Spread this mixture on the baguettes.
  3. Bake as described on the baguette package!
  4. Very tasty, very fast, also for guests as finger food - then cut the baguettes smaller again!
