Instructions

  1. All you need for this chocolate cake is a sufficiently large bowl and a cup or mug with a volume of around 250 ml.
  2. To prepare, simply pour the ingredients into the bowl one after the other. First measure the flour, sugar and cocoa powder in the cup and pour into it. Then add sunflower oil and soda. Make sure that the same amount of oil and water is actually used.
  3. In the next step, add vanilla sugar, baking powder, grated chocolate, brittle (e.g. walnut brittle) and the ground almonds. Finally, break open 4 or 5 eggs and add. The decision whether 4 or 5 eggs are necessary can be made depending on the size of the cup used.
  4. Then mix everything very well and, above all, make sure that the flour is detached from the bottom.
  5. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for between 25 and 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool, cut and enjoy decorated with powdered sugar.
