Peel the kohlrabi, cut into slices and pre-cook until al dente.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In the meantime, fry the minced meat until crumbly. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings, add to the minced meat and fry for about 3 minutes. Then stir in tomatoes, pressed garlic and cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Place the precooked kohlrabi slices in a baking dish, cover with minced meat sauce and top with the sliced mozzarella.
Baked in the oven for about 15 minutes on grill setting.
