Clean the carrots and cut into cubes or slices, do the same with the kohlrabi. Then add salted water and cook for about 10-15 minutes, depending on how firm or soft you like the vegetables.
Pour off the water, stir in the butter, toss in and sprinkle with fresh parsley (cleaned and chopped) from the garden before serving.
Tastes great as a vegetable side dish with almost all meat dishes, potatoes, French fries, etc.
