- Peel and grate the carrots and kohlrabi. Briefly toast the peanuts in a pan without fat. Mix the carrots, kohlrabi and peanuts together.
- For the dressing, finely dice the onion and mash the garlic. Mix the sour cream, onion, garlic and lemon juice together. Season with cayenne pepper.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
