Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and fry in the margarine. Add the cream to the onions and simmer on a low heat.
  2. Peel and chop the kohlrabi, peel the same amount of carrots, chop and add to the cream. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked to the desired degree and season with broth, salt and pepper.
