Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and the potato and cut into small pieces. Cook in the hot vegetable stock for 20-30 minutes (until soft).
  2. Chop the whole thing up with the hand blender and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg (add a pinch of sugar if necessary). Finally, round off with the cream or cream cheese and briefly bring to the boil again.
  3. As an insert, you can use sliced, roasted wiener or ham cubes.
